Terms and Conditions of Advertising
All standard adverts are available in one colour only. The letter style and layout
is of a generic setting which cannot be changed. This gives every advertiser the
same opportunity. A maximum of 35 words can be included in standard adverts.
Quarter page, half page, full page, front cover are available in one colour only. Images & logo's can be included in these adverts. Artwork must be supplied in a suitable
format for our printers to use. Artwork must be e-mailed or sent on CD. If artwork
is to be created by our printers an additional cost will be quoted separately.
Adverts will only be included in if paid for by the 10th of the month prior
to the starting month of your advert being published. Completed order forms with
advert content must be in our possession by the 10th of the month. Order forms will
only be accepted with all the required information completed in full, signed and dated.
**Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice**
will have a maximum of 4 entries per category to allow each advertiser
a fair and equal chance. This is done on a strictly first come first served basis and
applies to all sizes of adverts.
Artwork that is supplied via e-mail or CD will be presumed correct and ready for print. will not be held responsible or liable for any errors of supplied artwork.
Artwork that is set by will be e-mailed as a .pdf file for your approval.
Artwork approval must be received within 4 working days of being sent, if we do not
receive an approval within this time, we will assume the artwork to be correct and will
authorise publication to take place.
will be dispatched to approximately 10,500 households and businesses
in Meopham, Culverstone, Vigo, Sole Street, Cobham, Istead Rise, Southfleet and New Barn,
Harvel, Longfield Hill, Longfield, Hartley & Shorne.. The aim is to complete distribution
within the first two week period of every month, 12 months a year.
